Abstract: The work is a development of a communication model based on two basic ideas: the different cognitive functions of attention and creation of consciousness of the human brain unfolded in its left and right hemispheres according to the psychiatrist Iain McGilchrist and the structure of human society as foam of the philosopher Peter Sloterdijk. It is a theoretical interdisciplinary work between philosophy and science to better understand the phenomena of public discourse and its communicative function and dysfunction.
