Abstract: In this new era of social responsibility and sustainability, the digital ecosystem is more than a communications channel for organizations: it is a defining environment for them to interact with and relate to stakeholders and society in general. This study explores the communication of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the digital medium by leading companies in their sector of activity, using a methodology that combines a theoretical approach with case studies. The purpose of the research is to learn what companies communicate via Internet to their stakeholders regarding CSR.
