Abstract: Cystic Fibrosis is considered as a chronic rare disease besides generating disabilities to the people diagnosed with it. Despite having a low prevalence, in the Sanitary Social Work they detect the necessity of working with this collective to try to minimize the consequences that derives the illness and the guarantee of health care continuum. This essay designs a program that pays attention to the socio-sanitary scarcities through the psychosocial intervention to improve the quality of life of the people diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. The implementation of this program is considered with the associations as a basis.
