Title: Criterios de asignación de trabajadores sociales sanitarios en los centros de salud de Barcelona en base a recursos disponibles y a necesidades de la población

Abstract: This work aims to respond to the difficulty of finding equitable ratios among professionals of the health social work in health centers when it comes to assigning new professional resources. The morbidity and socioeconomic status indices of the population assigned to the team, together with the analysis of the attended population weighted by age, could help to define the necessary resources of health care social work. The objective is to achieve an optimal distribution of professionals by Primary Care Team to reach equity of attention of the patient and distribute workloads among professionals.
