Abstract: The project arises from the need to create an adequate information system to be able to manage requests for permits and hiring of Primary Care personnel of Sector II of Zaragoza of the Aragonese Health Service. The purpose of this system is to speed up the processing of contracting processes in order to comply with business obligations regarding affiliation and Social Security contributions, thus avoiding periods where services rendered are not reflected, surcharges on the contribution and sanctions In this application, several user profiles will be involved, such as stakeholders, hierarchical superiors, validators and hiring managers. The idea is to agglutinate both requests and authorizations within the same system and automate the hiring process. Thanks also to the tool, it will be possible to obtain a follow-up, statistics and control of the validated parts that are currently impossible to perform in paper format. The implementation of this service will be a great step forward and a great help in the management of personnel of the Sector, allowing to improve the effectiveness in the procedures involved and having an impact on a labor improvement in the personnel involved. If this application turns out to be a success, in all likelihood the idea could be exported to different sectors of the health sector where the contracting operation is the same.
