Abstract: In this TFG it has been performed an analysis of the perception of food wastage in the province of Barcelona, as well as an analysis of posts used in social networks to broadcast the NSF projects. I evaluated the support of the society of Barcelona and the HORECA sector to this NGO projects. I obtained data from 100 surveys with 18 questions to general public and 60 to representatives of the HORECA sector, mainly about food waste and the NSF projects. I also posted publications in the Facebook and Twitter accounts on this NGO during a month to evaluate the impact of these social networks in the broadcasting of these projects. Additionally, two interviews to professionals of HORECA sector have been performed.
