Title: Prototipo de sistema de gestión de conocimiento en centro educativo

Abstract: The Education and Training Monitor 2018 report published each year by the European Union, which analyzes the state of education systems in each of the member states, indicates that "there is a high number of interim teaching staff in the Spanish education system. On average, 1 out of 4 teachers is temporary and the range varies between 14% and 32% according to the regions", and this causes that the knowledge that these teachers have in an implicit way is not transmitted, nor is there a means that allows this transfer. In each school year, the incorporation of a new teacher causes the teacher to adopt norms and specific uses of each center that are not collected in a documentary way. This problem also occurs when teachers are incorporated into the management tasks of the center. A Knowledge Management System, which from a documentary base, is enriched with contributions from the collective itself each school year, will facilitate the effective and efficient incorporation of new teachers, while also having an effect equivalent in the incorporation of new management team in the educational center.
