Abstract: This study details the different phases of the marketing plan of the company Dhul (part of Andros, a French multinational corporation), and is aim to provide an end-to-end response to the need of reposition the brand in the Spanish territory, in order to bring the company back to a competitive level, and with a significant market share; through innovation of new packaging formats and the launch and development of healthier product ranges.
