En el contexto actual del sector del gaming, se da un crecimiento de los lanzadores de los videojuegos, existiendo tanto lanzadores que recogen videojuegos de otras empresas como lanzadores creados por la propia empresa desarrolladora del videojuego. Estos lanzadores funcionan actualmente a través de Internet, y cada vez permiten más funcionalidades añadidas. Entre estas utilidades se incluyen aspectos sociales. Aunque estas nuevas funcionalidades pueden resultar útiles para la jugabilidad, tienen como inconveniente que, debido a que cada empresa dispone de su propio lanzador, el usuario acaba necesitando una nueva alternativa dónde reunir a todos sus contactos de las diferentes plataformas. El objetivo de Dropme es servir como medio para unificar este ecosistema social a través de una app para smartphone. Para ello, se define un proyecto centrado en el usuario dividido en cuatro fases. Estas nos permitan conocer el contexto y las necesidades del usuario, definir nuestra app y testarla con usuarios a través del prototipado. Así llegamos al resultado final, una aplicación que permite al usuario reunir a sus contactos, conocer a nuevas personas, chatear o compartir toda la información relacionada con los videojuegos.
In the current context of the gaming sector, there is a growth in video game launchers, with both launchers that collect video games from other companies and launchers created by the video game developer itself. These launchers currently work over the Internet, and increasingly allow more added functionality. These benefits include social aspects. Although these new functionalities can be useful for the gameplay, they have the disadvantage that, because each company has its own launcher, the user ends up needing a new alternative where to gather all their contacts from the different platforms. The objective of Dropme is to serve as a means to unify this social ecosystem through a smartphone app. For this, a user-centered project is defined divided into four phases. These allow us to know the context and the user's needs, define our app and test it with users through prototyping. Thus we arrive to the final result, an application that allows the user to gather their contacts, meet new people, chat or share all the information related to video games.
En el context actual del sector del gaming, es dóna un creixement dels llançadors dels videojocs, existint tant llançadors que recullen videojocs d'altres empreses com a llançadors creats per la pròpia empresa desenvolupadora del videojoc. Aquests llançadors funcionen actualment a través d'Internet, i cada vegada permeten més funcionalitats afegides. Entre aquestes utilitats s'inclouen aspectes socials. Encara que aquestes noves funcionalitats poden resultar útils per a la jugabilitat, tenen com a inconvenient que, pel fet que cada empresa disposa del seu propi llançador, l'usuari acaba necessitant una nova alternativa on reunir a tots els seus contactes de les diferents plataformes. L'objectiu de Dropme és servir com a mitjà per a unificar aquest ecosistema social a través d'una app per a telèfon intel·ligent. Per a això, es defineix un projecte centrat en l'usuari dividit en quatre fases. Aquestes ens permetin conèixer el context i les necessitats de l'usuari, definir la nostra app i testar-la amb usuaris a través del prototipado. Així arribem al resultat final, una aplicació que permet a l'usuari reunir els seus contactes, conèixer a noves persones, xatejar o compartir tota la informació relacionada amb els videojocs.
