I és que més enllà de la pandèmia de la COVID-19; i quan l’horitzó començava a aclarir-se, han emergit els efectes econòmics i humans, derivats de la guerra d’Ucraïna, i la seva afectació al dia a dia de les administracions públiques, les persones treballadores i les empreses de casa nostra. En aquest sentit, l’objecte d’aquest Treball de Final de Grau, versa sobre les eines que té la negociació col·lectiva a nivell subcentral, per afrontar aquesta situació, especialment, pel que fa referència a la pèrdua de poder adquisitiu, derivada dels augments significatius del cost de la vida. Així, aquest treball, intenta aprofundir concretament en l’extensió i afectació de tres clàusules com són les d’absorció i compensació, revisió salarial i retribució variable, que juntament amb els augments nominals dels salaris, i la variació del salari mínim interprofessional, es consideren els principals instruments de les relacions laborals, per a fer front als augments sobtats dels nivells de preus a nivell col·lectiu. Amb aquest objectiu, s’ha sistematitzat el conjunt d’informació existent a REGCON d’aquestes clàusules, per al conjunt de convenis de sector, tant a nivell autonòmic, com provincial, registrats a Catalunya. Com a resultat d’aquest estudi, s’ha pogut conèixer l’abast de les citades clàusules a nivell català, la seva afectació a nivell del sistema de negociació col·lectiva subcentral i el nombre d’empreses i persones afectades, fent distinció entre el sexe de les mateixes. Finalment, un cop conegut l’efecte general de les citades clàusules i entrevistades persones claus del marc català de relacions laborals, s’ha procedit a elaborar un seguit de propostes que poden ser d’utilitat, per a donar sortida a l’actual situació de bloqueig de molts convenis col·lectius de sector. The world of work is experiencing difficult times at present. Beyond the covid pandemic, and when the horizon was beginning to clear, the economic and human effects, derived from the war in Ukraine, and its daily impact on public administrations, working people and companies in our country have emerged. The object of this Final Degree Thesis is about the tools that collective bargaining has at sub-central level, to face this situation, especially, with regard to the loss of purchasing power, derived from significant increases in the cost of living. This work tries to delve specifically into the extension and impact of three clauses such as those of absorption and compensation, salary review and variable remuneration, which together with the nominal increases in wages, and the variation of the interprofessional minimum wage, are considered the main instruments of labor relations, to deal with sudden increases in price levels at a collective level. With this objective, the set of information existing in REGCON on these clauses has been systematized, for the set of sector agreements, both at regional and povincial level, registered in Catalonia. As a result of this study, now it’s possible to know the extent of the aforementioned clauses at the Catalan level, their impact at the level of the sub-central collective bargaining system, and the number of companies and affected people, making a distinction between their gender.
