Title: La leyenda de Masamune
Author: Santos Vílchez, Carlos

Tutor: García Romero, Guillermo
Abstract: The objective of this project is to make a videogame from scratch, since it is the main subject of the chosen area of the final degree project. To be able to do that it will be necessary to make use of all the methodologies and skills learned throughout the degree, besides some other knowledge acquired on the net about creating games. The project "La leyenda de Masamune" is a 2D Action-RPG game made with Unity, in which some of its features will be inspired in old 8/16 bit games that made this gender shine some years ago. So you can expect to recognize such things as movements, menus, items, etc from older games. The methodology used to create this project is quite simple, it was all about designing well defined stages that allowed me to develop the game step by step in a linear way. Theses stages let me develop the game in separate "components", such as looking for resources, creating animations, script developing... To conclude, I would like to say that making a game from scratch with a limited time has taught me a lot and it has been a real challenge for me. But I also really enjoyed it because this journey has made me learn a lot about this world, not only about how to create games but also about how hard it is to create a well made videogame.
