Abstract: Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia, it is a neurodegenerative, progressive and chronic disease, whose main symptom is memory impairment. The main risk factor for developing the disease is age and no effective pharmacological treatment has yet been found to cure people who suffer from it or stop their progress. The objectives of this work are; a) design an individual, non-pharmacological therapeutic intervention that contributes to slowing down the memory impairment suffered by patients with Alzheimer's disease, b) check if there are differences in the results of the intervention, depending on the support used. For this, a sample of 6 people, between 65 and 75 years old, of both sexes, with Alzheimer's disease, in stages 3, 4 and 5 of the Global Deterioration Scale of Reisberg (GDS), with preserved language, has been selected. Randomly, two groups have been formed and assigned a form of presentation. By means of a quasi-experimental design of a factor, (VI) type of support, with two levels (VI1) paper, (VI2) digital, taking as dependent variables the results of the neuropsychological tests applied (pre-post-intervention), applying various statistical tests, it is intended to conclude, that the realization of the rehabilitation program; a) improves the emotional state, b) reduces the severity of the neuropsychiatric disorders suffered by the participants, c) which contributes to improve or maintain their cognitive state, d) that these benefits are increased when the contents of the program are presented on paper.
