Abstract: The importance of the development of emotional education in the group of people with ASD is one of the variables whose importance allows these people the optimal social adaptation and improvement of the quality of life in all vital areas. The present proposal of an intervention program in emotional education (EMPA-TEA), has the following objective: To study the significance of the implementation of an emotional education program in children with ASD schooled in ordinary centers of the Autonomous City of Ceuta. To this end, the following method is proposed: the construction of a random sample of 30 children aged between 3 and 6 years, which will be evaluated in dimensions of emotional competence through the following instruments: Faces TEST, (Baron-Cohen, 1997); EQ (Emotional Quotient Test by Baron-Cohen, 2004); IDEA (Autism Spectrum Inventory, Riviere, 2002) and ACACIA Test (Tamarit, 1994). Discussion and Conclusions: The analysis of the quantitative information collected will be evaluated in a repeated measures design and with a bilateral contrast with a confidence level of 95%; from this test we will determine the significance of the implementation of the EMPA-TEA in the sample and the possibility of generalizing its effectiveness to the rest of the population of children with ASD in the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
