Abstract: Co-teaching is an organizational measure that improves the attention to student diversity and increases the quality of an inclusive school. There is an increase of schools which are implementing this measure because of its obvious benefits. The Joan Sanpera i Torras school from Les Franqueses del Vallès has been carrying it out for several years. Therefore, the present study analyzes the teaching perspective towards the effectiveness of co-teaching as an organizational measure that promotes educational quality and improves attention to the diversity of school. Using the quantitative, ex-post-facto method, the results show that teachers think that co-teaching is a positive measure that benefits inclusive education and the improvement of the school's educational quality. However, the study shows that they haven’t got enough resources, tools and strategies to ensure success.
