Abstract: The main objective of this paper is, firstly, to improve the labeling of products marketed by a company making sobrassada included within the IGP Sobrasada de Mallorca based on the existing regulation for such products 17-19. And, moreover, to study the possibility of creating a range of nutritionally enhanced products that can incorporate labeling nutrition and/or health claims.
