Title: Sistema de gestió de serveis TI importable/exportable

Abstract: Most companies and organizations need to have information technologies as one of the main well-managed department. It is imperative that the management of IT in an organization or company be done with care and with a wide vision and correct knowledge of sector. Through the current final degree work we intend to give a series of deliverables in the form of excel control lists and validation templates to be able to develop a IT Service Management System in any type of organization or company. These deliverables are included in the necessary information to understand each of the concepts that define the SGSTI and which will help us develop this system. Concepts studied and validated by profit and non-profit organizations, which are considered as elementary in any of the international planners. It has been desired to take advantage of this document to the maximum extent possible with the ISO 20000 service management standard, using the main ITIL v3 bookstore as the main pillar, to the doors of the new ITIL version. Also, the majority of the international norms and standards are mentioned to have the best possible vision of the IT world.
