Title: Diseño universal para el aprendizaje. Valoración de diversos profesionales educativos sobre el DUA y la inclusión educativa

Abstract: This Master's Thesis aims to present the situation and direction of the curricular approach of Universal Design for Learning (DUA), from the perspective of 20 educational professionals (teachers, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, psychologists and social educators). To this end, it starts with a brief contextualization of the most relevant contributions of this curricular approach to the scientific society (origin, scientific bases, principles and guidelines, among others). The research is based within the interpretative paradigm, with descriptive study and qualitative-quantitative methodology (mixed approach). From this methodological approach, it is possible to quantify and analyze the knowledge about the DUA, detect its contributions to educational inclusion and identify barriers to its implementation in the Spanish education system. The results place the DUA at a point or stage of discovery and recognition and, in a direction, albeit very promising, among the various education professionals.
