Abstract: Classroom's violence is a usual topic on high School ESO that is attributed to external factors, concretely unfavorable economic contexts. Maximum complexity centers have been considered conflictive high schools because they have more students with learning disadvantages caused by especially disadvantaged socioeconomic situations (NESE per SSCD). The research studies the influence of this kind of students on three high school's conflictivity from Maresme-Vallès Territorial Services. Two of them are maximum complexity high schools. A mixed research methodology has been used to analyze 2214 incidences registered during 2019/20 school year which are categorized in 10 types of behaviors committed by 1rst ESO cycle students. 55 of them are NESE by SSCD. The results show that 9 of the behaviors are committed on all of them whit really similar behavior patterns. But NESE per SSCD students committed incidences more frequently. This study shows that it's important to rethink the high school's conflictivity and studying which are the elements that exert as protective factors or as risk factors on high school's conflictivity.
