Abstract: This project presents the digital strategy of The Simi's Pastries, a start-up company that wants to market cakes and other gluten-free and lactose-free pastries in Lleida. The initial objective of the student was to be able to look for a real and plausible application of what the author learned during the completion of the master's degree, and which can at the same time be a real job opportunity if the businesswoman wants to implement it. n order to obtain this document that you are now starting to read, the methodology used by the Master's Degree in Digital Marketing at the UOC has been used, making the digital marketing plan in steps according to the University criteria. The result is the best suited marketing plan to the business reality that The Simi's Pastries could follow if it wants to position itself appropriately in the city of Lleida, and maximize its business turnover data. The author's conclusions can be read at the end of the paper, but he emphasize the importance of being able to achieve the necessary maturity, both at the knowledge and practical levels, in order to be able to understand the marketing plan as a global and cross-cutting for the whole company that is perfectly coordinated in all its parts. Coordination and integration at all levels is essential to ensuring a winning strategy.
