Abstract: This work aims to put into practice the contents acquired through the digital marketing studies. To do so, a digital marketing plan is developed that aims to serve as a tool to help a company improve its results. The work is focused on helping Alcaufar Viejo. A rural hotel located in the municipality of Sant Lluís, in Menorca. It is a historic estate that houses 21 rooms, a restaurant and a space for events. It is a luxury hotel, aimed at a very specific public. The business, however, has not previously developed a digital marketing plan, and its online reputation is not very good. So far it has focused on developing communication actions and some online actions but without a strategy behind them. After analysing the possibilities and needs of the business, the digital marketing plan has been focused on helping this company to improve its digital performance. The objective of this digital marketing plan is to improve the company's online reputation. Therefore, four achievable and measurable objectives have been set in the short-medium term. Once the objectives have been set, strategies and actions have been proposed to achieve them in line with the company's possibilities and the way it works. In order to draw up this plan, an analysis of the external and internal context of the company and its environment was carried out, based on various sources of information. With this exhaustive analysis it was possible to establish a SWOT matrix that has served to conclude the situation and set the objectives of the digital marketing plan. With the development of the proposed actions, an indicative budget has also been drawn up to get an idea of how much it might cost to implement this digital marketing plan. An estimation of the expected revenue from the proposed actions has also been made. The result is a digital marketing plan aimed at a local tourism project, which would allow the company to gain online reputation and in the medium term improve direct sales. And therefore, to stop relying on third party agents and thus improve the profit margin.
