" Within this definition we will move, developing a test that, even with a limited sample, is developed within a specific application framework and an exhaustive methodology. Companies must create and cultivate a corporate culture based on values that must be lived by all members of the same, it is therefore essential that new additions to any company are aligned with the values of the company, being fundamental for this that The ecruitment technicians look to the candidates for corporate skills, which help to ensure the candidate's fit with the company. Each organization is a complex and human system, with its own characteristics, such as its own culture and a system of values. All this set of variables must be continuously observed, analyzed and interpreted.
