Title: "Que viene el lobo": lanzamiento nueva sidra ecológica

Abstract: With the present work I try to design a model with the purpose of presenting in summary form a business idea consisting of the creation and launching of a new brand of organic cider in the Spanish market. In this way, throughout the "Que lobo el lobo" project, we will witness an in-depth study of the market in which it will be developed, the most relevant aspects of the strategic plan and after validating said plan, the marketing plans will be detailed , operational and financial. Faced with a time as demanding as the current one and facing a sector as changing as the consumption of beverages, the brand will try to adapt to the new trends that arise in the sector and that, therefore, could potentially become demand by of the consumer. In this way and in spite of the enormous existing competitiveness, since the idea arose, the conviction about the viability and the success that a brand like ours could experience due to the increasing attention by the consumer to the properties of the products consumed in order to maintain healthy consumption habits.
