Abstract: | This business Project borns after a detailed analysis on the employment situation and economic environment in which we are, as this initiative could not move on without material and economical resources . Both partners are very motivated and with enough energy to turn around their lives and move back to the countryside after so many years out. "Apícola Nogueira" presents a rural business model which manufactures and sells a high quality product, labeled and with Appellation of origin endorsed by "Geográfica Protegida Miel de Galicia", being a really appreciated product among customers. In the development of this Project it has been worked in order to answer the following questions: ¿Is the economic environment favourable for this kind of Project? or, ¿This proposal presented by an entrepreneur team, can it be transformed on an alternative on the livestock sector? ¿Which resources are necessary? "Apícola Nogueira'' will cover a honey market niche with "IGP Miel de Galicia" in which the demand is not covered, manufacturing a handmade product, quality, natural and fresh. It will take advantage of the new technologies in order to maintain contact and permanent feedback with the customers through the website and social networks which will help to make a continuous improvement and inset innovation on the livestock farm. |
