Abstract: The purpose of this work is to understand the process of creating a real video game in its fullness, both at the creative and design level and at the development level. To do this, I have been designing a computer tactical RPG game, in which the player faces "the machine" in a team battle, where he can decide which members will form his band, and in each round, he will be able to indicate where each member will move and what it will do once it has moved.
