Title: Cook-in. Aplicación informática para descubrir nuevas experiencias entorno a un plato

Abstract: Development of a high-fidelity prototype that emulates a gastronomic software application aimed at mediating between chefs and diners for the supply and demand of home-delivered dishes. The main idea is based on facilitating a service without companies or businesses, giving total autonomy to users to create chef profiles and be able to sell their dishes. The application is fed back with the ratings of diners after the service, so the user is essential in the functioning of the application. Because the user is the focus of the application, all activity must be centred on them. Ease of use must therefore be a priority in its operation. With this objective in mind, use is made of the UCD methodology, user-centred design, with the user being present at all times in the process, both in design and implementation. The research involved a survey and two interviews, one more in-depth than the other, in order to consolidate concepts. This was followed by card sorting, menu structure and usability testing, both in the low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. My conclusion on the project is that it has been satisfactory to carry it out and I only wish to continue with this project and to be able to carry out a real and functional application of the application described in this document. The DCU methodology has been enriching, providing new knowledge and increasing frontiers.
