Title: Análisis conceptual de los procesos metodológicos del aprendizaje colaborativo mediados por tecnologías digitales

Abstract: Student-centred learning aims at the active participation of the student in the construction of knowledge; on the other hand, collaborative learning aims at the joint construction of knowledge through relationships and exchanges in learning spaces. ICTs are fundamental tools for the dynamisation of online teaching, as they allow the design of learning environments that favour active interaction and autonomous, personalised and adaptive learning, according to the different teaching and learning styles, facilitating, among other aspects, the interactions of the actors in the learning process, student-centred learning, socio-formative mediation and the joint construction of knowledge. This means that educators must have specific digital competences for online teaching, enabling them to design socio-formative experiences for collaborative learning, since, as Stephenson (2013) points out, classical pedagogical methodologies are still being applied in virtual environments, perpetuating teacher-centred educational models. In accordance with the above, with the present research focused on the review of academic literature and the analysis of the state of the art on the pedagogical trend of Collaborative Learning mediated by ICT and PET tools, the aim is to create a general guideline on the necessary aspects for its proper implementation, as well as the main active pedagogical trends that can be integrated simultaneously with online CA.
