Title: Com reduir els NFF (no fault found) dels serveis tècnics de mòbils donant autonomia als clients?
Author: Machaca López, Edwin Adrián

Abstract: The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to provide a solution to reduce NFF (No Faults Found) in technical services. NFF is a term that is used for those devices that are returned without finding any anomaly and, therefore, without repairing. This is a waste of time and resources for the company and also for the client, that has a frustration feeling for not being able to solve his problem and, probably, having wasted time and money. To solve this, I will re-design Piceasoft's software interface, adapting it to a self-service kiosk format. With this solution, the client can diagnose his device and test it by himself, avoiding loss of time. The main goal is to design an interface that is simple, intuitive and accessible to all users.
