Abstract: The purpose of this Bachelor's Degree Final Project is to approach the translingual text and its translation. Our first aim is to learn about translingualism's key concepts in order to understand its postmonolingual strategies. A second aim is to find effective procedures to translate a translingual text, for which we select a number of fragments of the poetry of Uljana Wolf who translanguages German and English. In particular, we focus on her paratexts which contain a striking density of translingual elements. Once identifed and classified Wolf¿s translingual practices, we propose different translingual translation procedures which, in combination with the conventional translation procedures, provide us the tools to produce a translingual target text for the Spanish readership. The data of our translation analysis confirm that intertextuality and metamultilingualism are two esencial characteristics of the translingual text. The obtained data also proof the functionality of the proposed translingual procedures, as they represent 47% of all the translation procedures used.
