Abstract: The purpose of this work lies in a remote management equips a parking located 100 km from the offices that manage this property. We want to control fire alarms and if they shoot the water pressure switch from the office. Also we want to control the opening of doors (both the front door of vehicles and pedestrian, if there is any visit to rent a parking space. The proposed solution is based on a system managed by an Arduino board with Internet connectivity that allow management with a webpage if an incident occurs through the system input Arduino and some buttons on the website to perform actions such as opening doors, closing alarm or turn control ventilation or pressure switch.
