Abstract: In the context of the ongoing training Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF) the purpose of this project is to reduce the e-Induction course, which is a mandatory training for the MSF e-Campus platform for new employees the workload of the tutors but without losing educational quality, because the increase of new members has affected the sustainability of the course. For this purpose, methodological changes oriented to self-learning were carried out, the results of which were self-evaluation tests, model responses and co-evaluation activities. In addition videos of content contextualization were introduced to increase the formative quality.
