Abstract: The project wants to resolve arising problems from incidents with water spills in companies by monitoring the pH value of water. These spills are detected in general late and therefore difficult to control, with the physical device of the project and the associated web platform, the project wants to introduce companies in an economic, effective and easy manner way of controlling all possible incidents: early warning and follow-up of serious incidents. The device is developed on Arduino and communicates with web servers located on the Internet (or through it) using the SIM900 chip integrated in a shield. In addition, the device has been equipped with a GPS receiver capable of keeping the monitoring system geolocated, in such a way that it facilitates the reading and analysis of data to people not present in the companies.
