Title: Prevalença de la dismenorrea primària en un grup d'adolescents i la seva relació amb l'activitat física i el consum de productes ensucrats

Abstract: Primary dysmenorrhea is one of the most frequent gynecological disorders that affects to more than 60% of women, mainly adolescents and women between 20 and 25 years-old. It is estimated that primary dysmenorrhea often interferes with day-to-day activities and is one of the main causes of school absenteeism. The intake of sugar (slightly studied) and physical exercise (reason for discussion) are two of the risk factors proposed by the researchers. The objectives, the goals of this work were to investigate the impact of dysmenorrhea in adolescents in their daily lives and to associate the dysmenorrhea with the consumption of sugar and exercise of physical activity.
