Abstract: Both bioinformatics and biostatistics are becoming more important and usual in health related company. Its usage is useful to improve the quality and for implementing new features to the current existent systems as well as solve new challenges . The project it is developed in Almirall company where biologic profiling files can be found from external companies. Those files has several formats and the data from them are of different kind. The project focuses in standardize the documents in a final Excel form with the same format for each file. Moreover, databases will be created within information relating that files, in order to operate the data easily and quickly. For automatize the standardization of the data extraction, it is going to be necessary the creation of an application through programming language VBA (Visual Basic Applications). In other hand, the creation of database will also be done with the same language in pursuance of automatization of data as well. In this synthesis is reported the explanation of the program content as well as several graphical and statistical analysis of the process. The program user will be employing a simpler and quicker tool for the daily work than the manual search of the data.
