Title: Royal wedding plan: organització del futur enllaç de la Princesa d'Astúries
Author: Espinosa Vide, Andrea
Tutor: Portugal Bueno, Maria del Carmen
Abstract: The present project has the following challenge: organising the future Princess of Asturias wedding with a plebeian. Because of the magnitude, importance and limitations of this event, a wedding planner team is necessary. It will be compound by communication, protocol, planning and institutional relationships experts. The team will need to meet regularly, study some Spanish orders and analyse similar events to propose the three event¿s phases: pre-ceremony, ceremony and post-ceremony. Thanks to the collaboration with close companies, the wedding planner team will be able to design a project that could be useful in the future, according to the couple tastes and the budget. Then, tasks and responsibilities will be summed up in the production calendar and the event timing in the timeline. But, this project is also flexible, because being created in advance it is impossible to provide names and positions. As all events, it pursues a communication aim and has to please a vast range of press and audience, so the project also includes a press-program to easy journalists and photographers job, giving them the information they need.
