Title: Projecte ICT i llar digital per edifici residencial

Abstract: In the context of digital transformation, the regulation of mandatory compliance within the field of telecommunications can be insufficient if the speed at which the information and telecommunication advances is not taken into account. Users increasingly demand complex services which sometimes still may not exist in the ICT Regulations. In view of this situation, new scenarios appear and is necessary to present a series of solutions in order to meet these expectations. This project is about a technical telecommunications project and its target is to respond to these new scenarios, providing a residential building of 6 homes located in Barcelona with the Common Infrastructure of Telecommunications required by the current regulations plus a set of new networks deemed necessary in all digital homes, under the premise that the implementation of this system must be both economic and easy to install and allowing full control of the heating system as well as safety against intrusions. This system will also offer the chance to add updated features in a nearby future without any difficulty. In order to provide added value to this project, a market study of the nowadays and next years more relevant data, home automation and multimedia technologies in the context of digital home will be carried out. The chosen home automation technology will be implemented in the home automation control network.
