Abstract: There are multiple design proposals for the collection of health information and its treatment. However, for the most part the objective is to provide a method that facilitates the work of specialists in the way it is done today. This project goes one step further in order to escape from preset patterns or steps to follow, seeking information and analyzing it to provide an investigative aspect to these tasks. The proposed design focuses on the capture of different physiological parameters of different user profiles that allow a statistical analysis of them to be provided to specialists, encouraging the investigation of uncommon diseases and / or getting new patterns that help , either for the investigation of an unknown disease or to add information that until that moment was not known about other more common diseases. For this, a communication system between patients and research centers will be designed, either through wearable devices used by patients or with the tools of the research centers themselves. A solution has been developed that involves the design of a wireless communications network that allows the sharing of physiological data of patients between research centers in a secure way. For this, WBAN, WLAN and 5G networks will be used in the design and, in addition, to ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of the data, it will be integrated into the Blockchain system.
