| Abstract: | The Barcelona Provincial Council proposed the possibility of running a project to generate virtual communities (VCG), defined in various modules. The scope of the project and the general functional analysis are specified in the document entitled Functional Analysis of the VCG. This document presents the design and construction of the project with regard to the FORUM module and the NEWS module. JAVA has been used as the development language with J2EE architecture. The architectural design section specifies in greater detail the tools used. |
