Abstract: | This paper identifies which cultural values (in the form of graphic images) are used by European multinational corporations in web pages directed at East Asian markets and questions, for the case under study, the use of communicative strategies adapted to specific cultural environments, such as the Asian one, revealing the power of multinationals in transmission of their values. |
