Abstract: The idea of this project was born when an important national television broadcaster buys the broadcasting rights of a world basketball competition. The contract prohibited the sale of a portion of the rights to third parties and forced the retransmission of all events. During the first round up to 4 matches took place simultaneously and that was a problem for the client because he needed 4 control rooms to customize the international signal provided by the organization. This situation forced the client to modify the recording schedule of some of their programs in order to use so many control rooms. This project wants to provide a solution to the client through the design of a control room that allows the customization and the multiple broadcasting of those four sporting events. The work dynamics of this type of customization will be studied and the experience of the technicians who perform them will be important. It will be necessary to choose a video and audio equipment according to the technical needs of the production and use the existing technologies at the client's headquarters. The design should be low cost, easily expandable and their equipment can be reused in the future. The connection diagrams and the design budget will also be delivered. Once the project is completed, the proposed objectives will have been fulfilled after following the proposed methodology and planning.
