Title: Aproximación al error humano en la cultura justa desde una perspectiva jurídica
Author: Silva Malla, Joshua

Abstract: Current societies are demanding more and better passenger transportation services and are also requiring keeping high their safety levels and up to those technical improvements that conform systems with increasing complexity where, at least for now, human intervention is still needed. Considering the human being is fallible by nature, these systems must be robustly designed by expecting technical, organizational and human factors that may trigger an accident after those people make mistakes. Here is where the just culture concept appears as that culture where workers are not punished because of the honest mistakes they make. But how does this concept fit outside the transportation companies and related organizations? This work's aim is to try to answer this question by making an approach to human error in just culture from the unavoidable perspective of justice, which with the human error will meet sooner or later.
