Abstract: The main objective of this TFG is to define and apply project management methodologies to a specific software development use case. For the fulfillment of the stated objective, a management methodology is designed in which it is shown that the use of Agile-based methodologies is not at odds with the use of traditional methodologies for the comprehensive control and monitoring of project developments. Once the methodology is conceptually defined, a use case with full functionality is defined, and a sufficient scope to apply that management methodology in its development. This use case is based on a Health Management System. It is included in the scope of the development project, a module that allows interoperability with other healthcare systems, and a data analysis module. To assess the degree of fulfilment of the objectives defined in the initial stages, a system of metrics will be used that will allow us to evaluate the fulfillment of objectives, on the one hand, of the methodology used and, on the other hand, of the fulfillment of requirements and objectives defined for the use case on which it is applied.
