Title: Estudi del Business Intelligence i desenvolupament de KPI's per l'anàlisi de màrqueting i vendes a l'empresa Macandu

Abstract: Business Intelligence (BI) has over the years become an essential strategy for the vast majority of companies, as it facilitates decision-making and strategies. A wide range of tools make it easy for the user to extract data from the company, understand how it works and support future business decisions and / or tactics. This project is divided into two distinct parts: The first part consists of an introduction to Business Intelligence from the ground up to define key theoretical concepts needed to understand this type of solution. Subsequently, the different processes of extraction, integration and structuring of information using the different technological components are described, in addition to the different existing software intended for this concept. The second part of the document focuses on developing a KPI framework using Microsoft's official free program called Power BI. Previously, the data collected from the Macandu company have been analyzed, identifying in detail the different phases of the project, in order to carry out an analysis of sales and marketing and advertising campaigns.
