SAMCLA: 18 anys i més d'un procés d'emprenedoria

Abstract

El projecte ha consistit en la idea, guionatge, producció i postproducció de 4 capítols en format vídeo d'uns 10 minuts. Els audiovisuals es mostraran en la Inauguració de la nova seu de SAMCLA-ESIC, S.L. situada a Cabrera de Mar. Aquests episodis s'han estructurat seguint les 4 etapes d'un procés d'emprenedoria exemplar i amb la finalitat d'explicar la història de SAMCLA: Capítol 1. Idea de Negoci: Des de la infantesa dels protagonistes fins a la posta en marxa. Capítol 2. Posta en Marxa: Des de la fundació (setembre del 2002) fins a finals de l'any 2007. Capítol 3. Consolidació i creixement: Des de l'any 2008 fins l'any 2019. Capítol 4. Lideratge: Es tracta de les expectatives que tenen per traslladar la Seu de l'empresa, dels valors de l'empresa i com visualitzen el seu producte en el futur. Les tècniques utilitzades per realitzar l'audiovisual han estat les següents: animacions 2D i composicions s'han fet amb Adobe After Effects i el muntatge final d'imatges, vídeos, i àudios mitjançant Adobe Premiere. Un altre tècnica utilitzada ha estat la veu en off per realitzar la narració de la història i garantir una continuïtat i homogeneïtat del relat. Per retocs i efectes a fotografies s'ha utilitzat l'Adobe Photoshop. Finalment cal esmentar que per la producció del present projecte s'ha recopilat bastant de material fotogràfic de l'arxiu personal dels fundadors i de l'empresa. I per il·lustrar la història l'autor també ha realitzat filmacions i fotografies d'exteriors a Mataró, Barcelona i també a la Masia que serà la nova Seu.

The project has consisted in the idea, the script, production and postproduction of four ten minutes chapters in video format. The audiovisuals will be shown during the opening ceremony of the new headquarters of SAMCLA-ESIC, S.L. situated in Cabrera de Mar. These episodes have been structured according to 4 stages of an exemplary entrepreneurial process and with the aim of explaining SAMCLA's history: Chapter 1. Business Idea: From the childhood of the protagonists to the establisment of the company. Chapter 2. Start Up: From the foundation (September 2002) to the end of 2007. Chapter 3. Consolidation and growth: From 2008 to 2019. Chapter 4. Leadership: This chapter deals with the prospect that the company has to move its headquarters, the values of the company and how they see their products in the future. The techniques used to make the audiovisual have been the following: 2D animations and compositions have been made with Adobe After Effects, final editing of images, videos, and audios using Adobe Premiere. Another technique used was the voice-over to explain the story and guarantee the continuity and homogeneity of the video. Adobe Photoshop has been used for the retouch and the photographic Effects. Last, it's important to point out that for the production of this project we've compiled quite a lot of photographic material from the personal archive of the founders and the company. Furthermore to illustrate the history the author has also made some films and taken photographs from the outside of Mataró, Barcelona and also the country house which will be the placement of the new headquarters.

El proyecto ha consistido en la idea, guionado, producción y postproducción de 4 capítulos en formado video de unos 10 minutos. Los audiovisuales se mostrarán en la Inauguración de la nueva sede de SAMCLA-ESIC, S.L. situada en Cabrera de Mar. Estos episodios se han estructurado siguiendo las 4 etapas de un proceso de emprendimiento ejemplar y con el fin de explicar la historia de SAMCLA: Capítulo 1. Idea de Negocio: Desde la niñez de los protagonistas hasta la posta en marcha. Capítulo 2. Posta en marcha: Desde la fundación (septiembre del 2002) hasta finales del año 2007. Capítulo 3. Consolidación y crecimiento: Desde el año 2008 hasta el año 2019. Capítulo 4. Liderazgo: Se trata de las expectativas que tienen para trasladar la Sede de la empresa, de los valores de la empresa y como visualizan su producto en el futuro. Las técnicas utilizadas para realizar el audiovisual han sido las siguientes: animaciones 2D y composiciones se han hecho con Adobe After Effects y el montaje final de imágenes, videos, y audios mediante Adobe Premiere. Otro técnica utilizada ha sido la voz en off para realizar la narración de la historia y garantizar una continuidad y homogeneidad del relato. Por retoques y efectos a fotografías se ha utilizado la Adobe Photoshop. Finalmente hay que mencionar que por la producción del presente proyecto se ha recopilado bastante de material fotográfico del archivo personal de los fundadores y de la empresa. Y para ilustrar la historia el autor también ha realizado filmaciones y fotografías de exteriores a Mataró, Barcelona y también en la Masía que será la nueva Sede.
