Abstract: One of the great challenges caused by the arrival of Covid-19 is the adaptation of events to new formats, meeting the expectations of companies and attendees, but also with the necessary health requirements to provide guarantees. The following document includes an analysis of the situation, knowing closely the particularities of real cases and allowing to gain in depth on the complexity when executing a communication plan in a digital event. After this contextualization, an approach begins to be made on the case to be treated in this work, Berdeago Digital. On the other hand, a short list is provided with some of the key aspects to take into account when facing the digitization of this event in order to later focus attention on the proposed communication plan. From all this some conclusions are drawn that serve as closure.
