Title: Manteniendo la Calidad en un centro con Acreditación Institucional
Author: Jara Lanzón, Irene de la
Tutor: Pérez Pérez, Marta
Abstract: Institutional Accreditation is a change in the quality assurance scenario at the national level. It arises with the idea of reducing the volume of external evaluations, reducing the workload for both quality agencies and universities; and thus assume the maturity of the institutions with respect to their quality assurance model. A maturity, which to achieve it has as its protagonist, the Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC). It must be an internal system that guarantees quality assurance not only at the center level, but also includes training programs. This project is based on detecting the main processes and procedures that cannot be missing in an internal quality system of a center to maintain the level achieved by obtaining institutional accreditation and aimed at increasing the autonomy of the center. It must be a quality focused on improving the center itself.
