Abstract: | This final degree project proposes an understandable, easy-to-use and easy-to-learn subscription process for a hypothetical digital publication. In order to make the proposal, a list has been drawn up of the Spanish media that have implemented payment walls or other subscription models and the usability of three of them has been evaluated. Also, there has been a research about payment or subscription best practices. It has been compiled bibliography on the profile of subscribers in the media, and especially in digital media. The proposal is based on a user-centered design approach, in which the creation of design solutions is done after a process of planning, analysis of the context of use and analysis of the user and the requirements of the organization. Once the proposal has been made, it has been evaluated through user testing. The test has made it possible to detect aspects to be improved and adapt the design to the needs, objectives and interests of the users. |
