Abstract: When the Labor Market had not yet recovered from the crisis of 2008, we find ourselves in 2020 with a pandemic that paralyzes the entire world. The earliest studies reveal that the groups most affected in the workplace in this new crisis are once again, oh, surprise, the same groups that were already considered vulnerable. For women, the Covid_19 Crisis is a time of transition or crisis, which adds to the idiosyncrasy of the female role in society (home care, jobs in the care of people, services, and cleaning sectors). The health emergency shakes society in many ways. One of them is to focus the activity at home, in the family nucleus. Another is to prioritize "essential" occupations (so-called "essential" services), many of them markedly feminine (nurses, cleaners, caregivers ...). Social relations go through ICT, and these expand exponentially, breaking, in some way, the gender gap in their use. The work is uncertain, there are layoffs, telecommuting, and ERTE that bring many men back home. This research work focuses on the effects that this crisis may have had on women with respect to the Labor Market. On the one hand, an attempt has been made to discover to what extent this new crisis has motivated women to actively seek work. On the other, it focuses on the trends that lead to success in the intention of women to join the Labor Market today (in the Covid context), so that based on all this data, employment programs can be designed adjusted to the situation.
