Abstract: With the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen how telework has grown significantly, as the only solution to continue the activity of many companies and even the Public Administration, a solution that has been sudden and improvised. The Archives that form part of The Network of County Archives (XAC in catalan) from the Culture Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya have not been unaware of this fact, so it's necessary to see the effects of telework on workers, especially those psychosocial risks to which they are exposed, beyond the risks that may arise from the special health situation we are experiencing, to consider whether teleworking may be a viable option to consider in the future. The main objective of this study is to see what factors stress XAC workers and to study whether teleworking predisposes teleworkers to take more risks than office workers, especially if they are more predisposed to suffer technostress, one of the risks associated with the growing use of ICTs, understanding that telework involves intensive use of ICTs. But this intensive use of ICT is not exclusive to teleworkers, so this analysis needs to be extended to all XAC workers.
