Abstract: | The present Final Project aims to be an analysis document and a subsequent action plan to effectively create an on-demand transport company for travellers. The methodology used is based on the Canvas Model. This model was developed in 2011 by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur in the book Model of Business Models, where the different types of models are analysed and chosen the best to use in each case. The book refers to a new economy where the productive system has changed and, therefore, it is also necessary to change the mindset: the most important thing now is to create value for the customers. The Canvas Model is a tool to define and create innovative business models that simplifies four major areas: customers, supply, infrastructure and economic viability, in a table with 9 divisions that are developed in the Analysis of the environment, Plan of Marketing, Plan of Resources and Operations and Financial Plan, that will be expanded and disaggregated as it advances in the reading of the project and its annexes, with the objective that the own Model Canvas identifies: create value for the clients. The results obtained transform the original idea into viable, making it a profitable business and in a contribution to a niche of society that has lack of mobility services for its daily activities. The project is sustainable with the environment, is leader in the use of new technologies and is committed to society. One of the most important conclusions that have been drawn from this project is that this type of company must have well-established partners that help start the business. The passenger transport sector is very competitive, it is strongly protected by a concessional system and a high initial investment is required that does not guarantee the obtaining of proposals to provide the service. A company that would like to initially start a route in this sector would have little chance of survival. |
