Abstract: The way of communicating has been transforming over the centuries and with the development of mobile communication technologies that has been experienced in recent years, more and more data transmission speed is required and consequently, a wider range of data is required. band. In this project, an introduction has been made to wireless networks and specifically, to body area wireless networks, which present great advances in the medical field. One of the key factors is the technology used in this type of network, since the devices must be very small, energy efficient and capable of operating in an environment where other services are simultaneously operating, requirements that the technology meets. UWB. One of the crucial elements in this whole process is the antenna. The main objective of this project will be to design, simulate and analyze the behavior of two types of antenna in this frequency range.
